From: Interstate 684 - 

Northbound - Take Exit 6 (Route 35 Cross River/Katonah) and make a right at the end of the ramp onto Route 35 East.  Stay on Route 35 for approximately 4 miles until you reach a traffic light at the intersection of Route 121.  After continuing through the traffic light, Lewisboro Physical Therapy will be just ahead on your left in a small shopping center.

Southbound - Take Exit 6 (Route 35 Cross River/Katonah) and make a left at the end of the ramp onto Route 35 East.  Continue as above.

From: Mount Kisco, Chappaqua and points south - 

Take the Saw Mill Parkway north to the end and follow above directions for Interstate 684 Northbound.

From: Yorktown and vicinity - 

Take Route 35 East and follow directions above.

From: Briarcliff Manor and Ossining - 

Take Route 100 North to Route 35.  Make a right onto Route 35 East and follow directions above.

From: Ridgefield and Danbury area - 

Coming from Danbury: Take Route 7 towards Ridgefield and bear right onto Route 35 at the Citgo Gas Station.  Continue traveling on Route 35 West through Ridgefield.  Continue on Route 35 (which turns right at "The Fountain") into New York and go through one traffic light.  Approximately 4 miles past the light, Lewisboro Physical Therapy will be on your right, in a small shopping center, just before the 2nd traffic light.
